The AMC covers the below;

  •  Removal of corrosion along battery terminals
  • Removal of partials contact along dc connector
  • Replacement of broken electrolyte indicator
  • Greasing of terminals and servicing of electrolyte indicator
  • Labour/service charge and transport charge
  • 4-site compulsory service visits during the AMC period
  • Swift response {response within 12-hours}
  • Issuance of standby batteries for in-warranty batteries
  • Response to complaints outside the 4-site service visits without charge
  • Battery health check and revival if necessary.
