Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Only unused products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
- Returns are applicable only for products purchased directly from www.thesimbaden.com.
- Batteries must be undamaged, with no scratches, dents, or signs of installation or use.
Return Process
- Customer Responsibility: Due to the heavy nature of batteries, customers are required to return the product to the nearest Simba Den retail store or service center. The return shipping cost will not be covered by The Simba Den.

- Inspection: All returned products will be inspected to verify their condition. Products that do not meet our eligibility criteria will be rejected.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product has passed inspection.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
